Sunay Mukerjee was appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Suez Canal Container Terminal (SCCT) 1st of April 2019. Immediately prior to this role, he was responsible for APM Terminals Global Transformation Office, based at APM Terminals HQ in Den Haag, Netherlands.

Mr. Mukerjee started his career in the A.P Moller – Maersk Group in 2003 as part of the International Management Trainee program. Over the last 18 years, he has held a number of leadership positions in Maersk global business structure. During this time, he has been located at Maersk HQ at Copenhagen, Denmark and APM Terminals HQ at Den Haag, Netherlands.

Prior to joining Maersk, Mr. Mukerjee completed his MBA in India, with Human Resource Management as his specialization. He has also participated in executive management programs at INSEAD, France and IMD, Switzerland. An Indian citizen, Mr. Mukerjee now lives with his family in Cairo, Egypt.
