SCZONE conducts intensive promotional tours to explore new investment opportunities

Mr. Waleid Gamal El Dien, Chairman of the General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE), received Mr. Ajit Guptih, Ambassador of India to Cairo, as part of the preparations for the promotional tour that SCZONE’s delegation will make during next June to explore new investment opportunities in the Indian capital, Delhi, within Foreign promotional tours, to showcase the available investment opportunities within SCZONE for Indian companies. SCZONE will seek more opportunities with companies in its targeted sectors, most notably the automotive industry, pharmaceutical industries, and green fuel.

This tour comes within the promotional tours that SCZONE undertakes to introduce the available investment opportunities within its scope to the international business community.

“SCZONE pays great attention to cooperation with the Indian side, due to the bilateral relations between the two sides, as well as the Indian investments in Egypt, which reflects the interest of the Indian side to be present in the Egyptian market. SCZONE is targeting 21 economic sectors, on top of which are green fuel industries and their complementary and feeding industries, in addition to SCZONE’s endeavor to localize pharmaceutical industries and medical supplies, especially since India is characterized by remarkable progress in these industries. All these factors support the possibility of fruitful cooperation between Indian companies and SCZONE.” Mr. Waleid Gamal El Dien, Chairman of (SCZONE), declared.

It is worth noting that SCZONE will conduct several promotional tours to various countries during May and June. These tours aim to support the available investment opportunities within its scope in ports, logistic areas, or industrial zones through many incentives and investment opportunities that it provides to its partners, in addition to its distinguished location and readiness to receive All types of industries due to its proximity to both raw materials areas and consuming markets.
