Announcement: In order to facilitate investors wishing to issue a certificate of non-confusion, please note that the service has been introduced within the one-stop shop (Investors Service Department) in the Suez Canal Economic Zone, starting from the first of August 2023.
Announcement: The service of issuing an offprint of commercial registers for all companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt is now available through the Commercial Registry Office in the Suez Canal Economic Zone.
The Authority has a single window service (One-Stop-Shop). The One-Stop-Shop provides all services related to incorporating new companies, as well as providing and facilitating post-incorporation services with the aim of streamlining procedures in an appropriate, competitive timeframe.
One-Stop-Shop Services:
– Single point of contact for tenants.
– Registration process within 1-3 days and licensing process within 3 days.
– Integrated digitized setups for key processes.
- The zone has the powers of other ministries* especially regarding the issuance of licenses and permits.
- SCZONE produced goods to receive benefits similar to other local goods within Egypt.
- The zone is planning to establish an independent dispute resolution center.
